Data Protection at Cranleigh RDA 

New requirements for General Data Protection Regulation (GPDR) – 25 May 2018

Cranleigh RDA have reviewed all our current practices and are confident that we fully comply with the new legal requirements relating to data collection, storage and use.

The Directors of Cranleigh RDA recognise that we have a responsibility to look after the information we hold about riders, volunteers and other people involved with our activities. We acknowledge that good Data Protection practice is not just a matter of legal compliance but is about taking care of people and respecting their privacy.

Cranleigh RDA have a comprehensive Data Protection Policy in place which addresses the major principles underlying good data protection and governs the manner in which we handle the relevant, necessary information we obtain in order to satisfactorily carry out our activities, how we use it and how we store it.
